How often should pest control be done?

Because pests vary by the seasons, pest control services should be done year-round, at least four times per year. Your local Hobbs Pest Control technicians come out to your home on a regular basis to keep a year round barrier. This ensures that certain seasonal pests don't thrive in or around your home as seasons and temperatures change.
How much does pest control services cost?

Pest control costs can vary by location, size of property, extent of infestation and more. We have various affordable pest control treatment plans to give you peace of mind.
Can I do pest control treatments myself?

Exterminating bugs is more than just getting rid of them, but instead learning their biological behaviors to keep them from coming back. When pest control treatments aren't applied correctly your pest issue can become drastically worse. It's imperitve that a licensed and knowledgeable technician be the one to spray pesticides in or around your home.
What is covered under general pest control?

All common insects are covered under a regular maintenance pest control plan inlcuding spiders, ants, earwigs and more. Excluding flying insects, carpentar ants, termites, ticks & fleas as each of those pests requre a specific treatment plan and/or preparation on the customers end.
Do I have to sign a contract?

By signing a service agreement, you are giviing Hobbs Pest Control written permission to be on your property which is required by law. In addition, our service agreements give you a detailed summary of the service you are requesting.

INITIAL INSPECTION

One of our licensed and knowledgeable technicians will perform an inspection and treat your home according to your scheduled treatment plan.

YEAR ROUND SERVICES

By having regular maintenance pest control service you're giving yourself peace of mind from those pesky insects. It's imperative your treatments stay on schedule to keep the barrier from disappearing.

RODENT CONTROL

Dealing with rats or mice inside your home, walls, or attic? We've got you covered! Add Rodent Control with your regular

maintenance program.

After the initial inspection, our certified technician will go over a treatment plan with you. Our treatment consists of placing bait boxes inside your home and around the perimeter. The bait we use is specifically for mice and rats. Meaning, if your dog eats a dead mouse that got into the bait, it will not affect your dog at all. In addition to it's non-secondary knockdown, the bait is in a locked bait box that can only be accessed by a Hobbs Pest Control technician, making it child and pet friendly.
