1. BAITING SYSTEM


The idea behind a termite baiting system is to surround a house with bait stations that draw in foraging termites. When termites find a bait station, they begin feeding at the station. Since termites are a very social species, they share their food and even clean one another. Using our knowledge of termite biology and behavior, we can eliminate a colony when they share active bait with one another.

2. LIQUID TREATMENT

The idea behind a liquid treatment method for termites is to create a barrier of termiticide between where termites live and your home or business. Significant advancements in termite treatment chemicals like Termidor© have made liquid treatments extremely effective.


A Hobbs Pest Control, LLC licensed specialist will complete a full assessment of your residential or commercial property, inside and out, to detect any indications of a termite infestation.


The best treatment method and estimates will be discussed on site based on the results of our inspection to meet your specific needs.


Typically, this treatment method involves trenching around the foundation of the house, filling the trenches with termiticide, and filling in the trenches. This approach also involves drilling holes 12-18 inches apart where carports, patients and porches meet the main body of the house. Termiticide is injected into these holes and the holes are patched.

Oklahoma Official Termite and Wood Destroying Insect Report

If you are currently in the market of purchasing new property, our specialists are more than willing to accommodate your agency in completing a state required Oklahoma Official Termite and Wood Destroying Insect Report (also referred to as an ODAFF-1 form). A fee is required for completing the necessary report required by the title company.
