HOW TO IDENTIFY GOPHERS
Gophers spend most of their time digging tunnels underground where they store food, nest, and have a water source making it very rare to see them above ground. Above ground you will see dirt mounds that they have kicked up when creating their tunnels.Generallty, 1-5 gophers is all you will find on an acre lot. Gophers wreak havoc on properties all year long but are most active in the spring and fall.

Gophers are highly destructive rodents and make it very evident when they are in your lawn or home. Gophers eat on grass and their roots killing your lawn. Once they've dug a tunnel headed to your slab, they use the plumbing to find their way into the house. Once inside the house, they take shelter under bathtubs, inside cuboards or inside walls, where they continue their damage. When you schedule a service we will evaluate your property and give you a treatment plan. Once accepted, we will return to your poperty 1-2 times per week. Once all activity is gone, we offer a 30 day warranty program and then a Monthly Gopher Control program after that.

HOW TO IDENTIFY MOLES
Moles are smaller than gophers but bigger than voles. They use their paddled shape feet and extra long claws to dig tunnels underground. Mole mounds above ground are typically smaller and more pointy than a gopher mound. Often times, their mole tunnels can be felt above ground and sometimes even seen. Moles feed on insects and their favorite is grub worms.
MOLES CREATE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT YOUR LAWN
During the moles pursuuit of grub worms, they rip your lawn up and pull the grass away from the root causing it lose nutrients and eventually die. Moles tend to stick to dirt that is easy to dig like golf courses, cemeteries, and well maintenanced residential lawns. In some cases, if the dirt is soft and easy to get through, moles will even go underneath your homes foundation causing damage.

The most effective way of keeping moles out of your property is with a LAWN GRUB WORM TREATMENT. In addition to a grub worm treatment, we will place bait inside the moles tunnels to kill them out. This usually takes on average 3-5 weeks to completely rid your property of them.
VOLE CONTROL
HOW TO IDENTIFY VOLES
Voles are much smaller than Gophers and Moles and often mistaked for field mice. Voles, like Moles, do have a tunnel system, although not as deep. These shallow surface tunnels, or “runways” have the appearance of trails of dead grass about 1-2 inches wide, or ditches of bare soil about 1/2 inch deep. They are a result of voles consuming blades and stems of grass, as well as numerous traveling back and forth over the same path.
VOLES WILL KILL YOUR GRASS QUICKLY
Once Voles find an easily available food cource they will consistently revist the area leaving a pattern of tunnels throughout the yard. Unlike gophers and moles, voles can live in large groups causing extensive damage to your grass and lawn within a short period of time.
